Specialized Clincial Services

Targeted, evidence-based clinical support designed to complement ongoing therapy.

These services are for individuals and couples seeking focused short-term therapy and support for specific clinical goals, particularly when specialized intervention is needed alongside work with a primary therapist.

Short-Term, Goal Focused Therapy

Symptom management and stabilization

Communication skills and relational support for couples experiencing high-level distress

Crisis counseling and acute stress support (with a treatment team including ongoing therapist referrals)

Targeted support during transitions or high-stress periods

This work is practical, focused, and collaborative designed to support movement and clarity rather than open-ended exploration.

Treatment Services

Integrated Exposure and Response Prevention

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Specific Phobias

  • Panic Disorder

  • Agoraphobia

  • Hoarding

  • Other anxiety-related conditions where avoidance and fear responses are central

I offer Integrated ERP, a customized form of Exposure and Response Prevention that stays grounded in evidence-based ERP principles while adapting the work to the whole context of a person’s life.

This approach maintains the core mechanisms that make ERP effective: exposure, response prevention, and distress tolerance while integrating additional evidence-informed elements to support engagement, sustainability, and real-world functioning.

I strongly prefer that clients engaging in this work also have a primary therapist. These services are intended to be supplemental, not a replacement for ongoing care.

When appropriate and with consent, I’m happy to collaborate with a client’s primary therapist to ensure continuity, alignment, and ethical coordination of care. I can also assist with referrals.

Fees & Insurance

I maintain a very limited caseload, typically working with one to two clients at a time, in order to provide focused, high-quality care.
